I set a lifetime PR today for the 2nd time this year! My time was 21:53! I'm still amazed. And I won a basket full of cool teacher stuff from a free raffle at the race. AND a teacher at Centennial High School asked me to be the asst. girl's xc coach next season!
What a busy, fun weekend - the only thing that would've made it better is if Eric was here instead of on the east coast...

I'm jealous...even recovered (mostly) from hip injury, I can't break 24 in the 5K. (I'm "olde.")
